What a mess the Jets have become. On Tuesday Rex Ryan benched Mark Sanchez after five turnovers in Monday night's loss at Tennessee. Ryan has decided to go with  third-string  quarterback Greg McElroy, who will make his  first career start against the San Diego Chargers I felt three weeks ago Ryan should of stuck with McElroy after he relieved Sanchez in the second half of a 7-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Sanchez did help the Jets get to back-to-back AFC title games in his first two season. However he leads the league with 24 turnovers, including 17 interceptions, and has turned the ball over 50 times since the start of last season. Sanchez' days are over in New York. Bringing in Tim Tebow caused even more chaos. The Jets never figured out how to use Tebow.  He completeds 6 of 8 passing for 39 yards, and has run 32 times for 102 yards this season. Who can blame Tebow for requesting to be traded or released after  the season.
