There was once upon time Buffalo use to to beat New England.  From 1990-99, the Bills were 12-8 vs. the Pats.  Buffalo swept the season series in 1990, '92, '93 and '99. Since 2000,  the Pats are 22-3 against Buffalo. The Bills last won on Foxboro back on November 5th, 2000 under Wade Phillips. Tom Brady has owned the Bills losing only twice.

   In the last five games New England has scored 52, 49, 31, 34 and 38 points vs. the Bills.  The Patriots have won 11 straight games against Buffalo at home, including a perfect 10-0 record at Gillette Stadium.

  The 1980s was a dominant decade for the Patriots, with New England winning the decade series 13-6. During the 1970's, the  Bills defeated the Patriots 12-8. Buffalo had  a winning streak of 11 games from November 1971 to October 1977.

   Overall the Pats lead the series 63-41-1.  The Patriots are 30-22-1 all-time in Buffalo, including 23-16 at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

    Tom Brady has led the Patriots to 19 regular season victories over the Bills, recording his highest regular season victory total over any opponent. Brady has thrown for more touchdowns (49) against Buffalo than any other opponent. Brady also has more 300-yard games (7) against Buffalo than any other NFL. He has five 300-yard games against Miami.

    On Tuesday the Bills placed cornerback Terrence McGee and offensive tackle Eric Pears on season-ending injured reserve. The team released rookie kicker John Potter, while promoting receiver Marcus Easley from the practice squad. The 4th round pick out of UConn in 2010, Easley missed his rookie season due to a knee injury and then was sidelined all of last season because of a heart condition.

   Finally, the game between #9 Syracuse and #20 San Diego State schedule for Friday on the flight deck of the decommissioned USS Midway has been switched to Sunday at 4:00 because there is a 75% chance of rain Friday night in the San Diego area.
